TEST Lead Automation Tester in Java (Undelucram)

We are looking for a Lead Automation Tester to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in implementing testing strategies, leading the testing process, and ensuring high code quality.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the quality and speed of delivery in our Agile Scrum cadence.

Responsibilities

• Implement testing strategies and lead the execution of the testing process
• Ensure high code quality through hands-on testing (manual + automation)
• Secure the quality and speed of delivery in our Agile Scrum cadence
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with product owners, team members, architects, and other stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QE/Functional Testing and Test
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Qualification in Automation Development in the Java ecosystem
• Proficiency in JUnit, and Test automation framework design/architecture (TAF architecture)
• Familiarity with hands-on experience in the full software lifecycle building Spring Boot and AKS
• Proven experience in Test Strategy Development and Performance Testing
• Solid knowledge of Web services testing/test automation and GitHub
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with product owners, team members, architects, and other stakeholders
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with Kotlin, and Kubernetes
• Proficiency in REST Assured, Karate, and GitHub Actions
• Skills in NoSQL DB (MongoDB), Azure IaaS/PaaS and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and microservices architecture is preferred
