Job Description
A client in Cape Town is seeking an Intermediate Web Developer with PHP as follows
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design and implementation of custom Digital solutions (Web)
- Work with a UX Designer that delivers Wireframes, then implement as a UI
- Work with a Solutions Architect to finalize the technical design aspects
Skills Required:
- 4-5 yrs Back End Dev exp. using any PHP Framework (i.e. CakePHP, UserSpice or Laravel)
- Some Front End Dev exp. using JS / HTML / CSS is ideal (2-3 yrs exp.)
- Windows Server / IIS exp. rather than Linux / Apache is preferable
- SQL DB exp. rather than MySQL is preferable
- Consulting exp. as a Dev is preferred (rather than in-house)
- With some Agile software project method exp. (i.e. SCRUM)
Work Arrangement:
- This is a 6 - 12 mo. full time contract starting ASAP
- Work on a fully remote basis (anywhere in SA)
- Their offices are based in Cape Town (not required to go in)
