We are looking for a Team leader of the PHP development team who will be responsible for the development of our in-house integration platform and portal technology stack and manage a team of backend developers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 3+ members;
- Write high-quality code;
- Maintain existing applications and improve their features;
- Create new applications from scratch;
- Review and merge code;
- Create and maintain software documentation;
- Regularly provide and receive open and constructive feedback on performance, behavior and skills;
- Conduct performance reviews;
- Drive recruitment activities for the team.
What we expect from you:
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- 4+ years of professional software development experience with PHP;
- 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems;
- Have already managed a team of 3+;
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field;
- Experience and knowledge of a modern PHP framework, such as Symphony, Laravel, Yii2 or any other (Yii2 is a plus);
- Good understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL);
