JOB DESCRIPTION

 

We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record in talent acquisition, sourcing, and candidate management. RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Review applications and incorporate LinkedIn data for potential candidates as necessary
  • Collaborate with the team to input search results and information for unattached candidates through the recruitment platform
  • Track and organize identification documentation during the second interview stage to ensure that 100 points of ID are obtained
  • Conduct initial candidate screening and schedule meetings for recruiter interviews
  • Format and upload resumes to designated directories and the Job Adder platform (ATS)
  • Manage candidate workflows, including tracking progress, submitting candidates for review, and handling candidate rejection processes
  • Coordinate and schedule client/candidate interviews and ensure candidates are well-prepared for interviews
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Facilitate post-interview feedback discussions and confirm salary expectations

·      Manage the offer stage, including tracking the issuance of offer documents and ensuring all necessary pre-employment requirements are met, which includes conducting reference checks. Also includes drafting JDs and scheduling interviews

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

·      Degree in relevant field.

·      Evidence of continuous and self-directed learning would be desirable

·      Ability to think outside-of-the box. This is NOT a process orientated role and you will be given authority as required

 

FUTURE DIRECTION

 

·      The successful candidate will undergo a 6-month probationary period, during which technical, lifecycle, and abilities assessments will be conducted.

·      The ability to learn is imperative, and the starting salary ranges from Php 45,000 to Php 50,000 per month.
