Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone based outside of Australia, with extensive experience in sourcing top engineering talent. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants by identifying, engaging, and attracting high-caliber candidates for engineering roles across a wide range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified engineering candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess skills, experience, and suitability for engineering roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and tailor resourcing strategies accordingly.
• Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in engineering recruitment.
