Junior SQL Software Developer

Project Description:

Treasury application Production support engagement covering technical issues, services and environment monitoring and EOD Batch support and resolve SQL based reporting related user queries for a leading Singapore based bank.

Responsibilities:

• Batch monitoring in control-m, on daily basis, as per rotation based shifts including weekends
• Proficiently learn n apply all failure workarounds
• To perform manual health checks on all applications under scope
• To work on adhoc queries, regarding files/jobs, posted by clients' stakeholders
• To prepare control-m draft

Skills

Must have:

• 2+ years of mandatory experience in SQL Development
• Should be able to fix/ make small changes in oracle based murex datamart reports, when needed.
• Should be able to write triggers, cursors and stored procedures
• Should be able to do troubleshooting in SQL

Nice to have

• Version control tool
• Shell scripting

Language: English: B2 Upper Intermediate
