Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our growing team at Easy Outsource. The Sales Development Representative will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by identifying and qualifying potential leads and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the target market.
- Engage with leads through various communication channels (phone, email, social media) to understand their needs and qualify their interest.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set up meetings and appointments with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Assist in developing and implementing lead generation strategies and tactics.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for success.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
