Digital Designer

One of our clients, a digital marketing agency in Ottawa, is looking to bring on a Digital Designer for a full-time, remote position. If you’ve got experience juggling multiple projects and a portfolio that shows off your skills, this might be the perfect fit for you.

Competitive salary range: $60,000-$75,000

About you

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 4+ years of experience in digital design
• A strong portfolio that showcases proven experience as a Digital Designer
• Expertise in graphic, web, and landing page design, with a strong focus on UX/UI for both mobile and desktop
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch —familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate design ideas clearly, and deliver polished, high-quality designs

About the role

If hired, you will:

• Design engaging digital assets for ads, landing pages, websites, and other platforms
• Create graphic elements for online ads, emails, social media, and web design
• Develop intuitive UX/UI designs to enhance user experience and drive conversions
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and developers for design consistency
• Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
• Optimize designs for performance and usability, maintaining creativity
• Lead design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines
