Keymech Designs is a leading agency specializing in industrial product design and prototyping. We are committed to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled Industrial Design Expert  to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Generate innovative design ideas based on research, market trends, and customer needs. Translate ideas into sketches, CAD models, and prototypes.
• Product Design: Develop detailed product designs and specifications that balance aesthetics, functionality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness. Use CAD and 3D modeling software (SOLIDWORKS) to create and iterate on designs.
• Prototyping: Work with internal teams to create prototypes for testing. Refine designs based on feedback and testing results.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineers, to ensure product feasibility and alignment with the overall product strategy.
• User Experience (UX): Integrate user-centric design principles into product development to enhance the overall user experience.
• Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials that meet design and functional requirements, considering cost, sustainability, and manufacturability.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or any design-related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial design or related fields with IoT or smart products.

Technical Skills: Proficient in design software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Fusion 360, Blender).

Design Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, conceptual thinking, and finished products.

Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing processes such as injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, 3D printing.

Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in balancing design aesthetics with technical and production constraints.
