Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage complex projects within our blockchain-focused technology framework. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using modern project management tools like ClickUp and have a deep understanding of Kanban and Sprint methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within allocated budgets and deadlines using ClickUp for project tracking and oversight.
• Expertly apply Kanban and Sprint methodologies to optimize project flow and team productivity.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment, ensuring optimal collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned into future projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Conduct strategic reviews and presentations to senior management on key project outcomes and deliverables.
  
  

Requirements

• Must be willing to align with the US Pacific Time zone, ensuring availability for at least four hours each morning to overlap with other team members.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in project management within a technology-driven environment.
• Strong proficiency in ClickUp and a solid understanding of Kanban and Sprint project management frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects that utilize blockchain technology.
• Certified Project Manager (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar credentials.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Prior exposure to blockchain-based gaming or competition platforms.
