We have partnered with a US-based Company looking to expand their UAT Testing team. 🚀🌐

They have a global team and are currently interested in hiring someone based in México🌎🌟

Our proposal:

The UAT Tester will work closely with the UAT Lead to develop and implement test strategies and plans. This role involves assisting with the documentation, review, and approval of project deliverables, executing UAT scripts, and participating in defect triaging.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing, defect management, and experience with testing tools. ✅

Responsibilities:

📝 Test Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with the UAT Lead to develop comprehensive test strategies and plans.

📑 Documentation: Assist in documenting, reviewing, and approving project deliverables, including test plans, scripts, and summary reports.

🧑‍💻 UAT Execution: Conduct dry runs and formal executions of UAT scripts to ensure proper functionality and performance.

🛠️ Defect Management: Participate in triaging UAT defects and findings, including documentation and resolution processes.

📊 Periodic Reviews: Assist with the execution of periodic reviews for IM-owned systems, including data compilation, analysis, trending, and reporting.

Requirements:

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

🕰️ Minimum of 1 year of experience in software testing.

🔍 Proficiency in software testing workflows and defect management (finding, reporting, and tracking defects).

🗂️ Experience in creating and executing test cases.

🛠️ Familiarity with ALM-QC, QTest, JIRA, or similar tools is preferred.

🗣️ Proficiency in English, including experience in English-speaking work environments and meetings.

Preferred qualifications:

📈 Experience with UAT and related methodologies.

🔬 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

🤝 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
