Manager Cloud Operations f/m/x

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale up a high efficient team from 5 to up to 15 people within the next 4 years
• Plan operation shifts, including external partners
• Document (internal wiki) and train our processes
• Develop ideas for further automation
• Act as interface to other departments and mange escalations
• Report directly to Head of Cloud Solutions

The main tasks of your team are

• Monitor >500 cloud installations and multi-tenant services
• Solve technical incidents and involve our Second Level Service Operation, R&D and Hosting Partners if needed
• Manage updates and release changes for > 500 cloud installations
• Deployment of new installations and services
• Configure technical interfaces to our cloud services with our customers and implementation partner

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in building, leading, motivating teams
• Strong attitude to optimize and atomize processes (. ITEL)
• Experience in operation and administration of SaaS solutions deployed in public cloud
• Know-how and experience in the area of network technology and identity management
• Linux know-how and experience
• Fluent English, German language is a plus
