Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale up a high efficient team from 5 to up to 15 people within the next 4 years
- Plan operation shifts, including external partners
- Document (internal wiki) and train our processes
- Develop ideas for further automation
- Act as interface to other departments and mange escalations
- Report directly to Head of Cloud Solutions
The main tasks of your team are
- Monitor >500 cloud installations and multi-tenant services
- Solve technical incidents and involve our Second Level Service Operation, R&D and Hosting Partners if needed
- Manage updates and release changes for > 500 cloud installations
- Deployment of new installations and services
- Configure technical interfaces to our cloud services with our customers and implementation partner
Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years of experience in building, leading, motivating teams
- Strong attitude to optimize and atomize processes (. ITEL)
- Experience in operation and administration of SaaS solutions deployed in public cloud
- Know-how and experience in the area of network technology and identity management
- Linux know-how and experience
- Fluent English, German language is a plus
