We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and help us elevate our brand through visually stunning and impactful designs.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of the real estate market. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that effectively communicates our brand's message. You will collaborate with all of our departments (Marketing, Operations, Recruiting etc) and the teams to produce high-quality graphics for both digital and print media.

Some Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including property brochures, flyers, email campaigns, social media graphics, show sheets, buyer's guides, postcards, banners, and many more.
• Develop branded content for advertising campaigns, including digital ads, banners, and promotional materials.
• Ensure all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in real estate marketing and design.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven 2+ experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate industry but not required, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Fluent/Excellent English
• Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing trends and best practices.
• Experience with web design and HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Photography and videography skills are a plus.

Benefits:
