Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Motion Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Motion Designer at Dardha, you will play a crucial role in creating engaging and visually stunning animations and videos that captivate audiences and enhance our clients' marketing efforts. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Create High-Quality Motion Graphics: Develop and produce motion graphics and animations for a variety of marketing campaigns, social media content, promotional videos, and other digital assets.
• Collaborate with Creative Team: Work closely with our creative directors, graphic designers, and content creators to ensure that all motion graphics align with the overall vision and goals of each project.
• Stay Current with Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in motion design, ensuring that our work remains fresh, innovative, and ahead of the curve.
• Client Interaction: Occasionally interact with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their objectives and exceed their expectations.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
• Feedback Integration: Take feedback constructively and make necessary revisions to enhance the final output.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize various software tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, or other relevant programs to create and edit motion graphics.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role.
• Creative Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your motion design skills, creativity, and previous work.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality and polished final products.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with team members in a remote work environment.
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
