We are seeking talented Ruby on Rails (RoR) developers to join our team for a 3-month discovery phase project with a potential new client in the construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity to work on an innovative project management platform for subcontractors.
Positions Available:
- Lead Ruby on Rails Developer (1 position)
- Senior Ruby on Rails Developer (1 position)
- Mid-level Ruby on Rails Developer (3 positions)
Project Overview:
- Duration: 3 months (initial discovery phase)
- Goal: Develop a Proof of Concept (POC) for a project management platform
- Industry: Construction
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails
- Conversational skills in English C1/C2
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
