Java Software Engineer with Cloud knowledge for Timisoara m/f/d

YOUR TASKS:

• Active participation in our cloud-native transformation
• Analysis of requirements and preparation of technical concepts sustainable over the long-term
• Design, development and maintenance of our cloud products and cloud technologies
• Programming, testing and documentation of new functions
• Further development of existing features, and troubleshooting
• Ensuring software quality and complying with development standards
• Taking responsibility for innovative solutions that are geared towards real customer requirements
• Close collaboration with our colleagues in the developer teams in Germany & Romania
• Working with a team of experts from the areas of software development, product management, customer service and quality assurance

YOUR CAPABILITIES:

• University degree in Computer Science
• Several years of experience in software development and Java programming
• Good knowledge of developing microservices, cloud-native applications and relevant frameworks ( for example Java, Spring Boot, REST, Azure (or GCP, AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, GIT, Gitlab, Keycloak and OIDC)
• Ideally, experience with GraphQL, Prometheus and Grafana stack, Kafka, and HELM charts
• Analytical way of thinking and problem-solving expertise
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• Fluent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
