Join Our Team as an Compensation Benefits Manager
Key Responsibilities
Compensation Frameworks and Governance
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of global compensation and benefits policies, frameworks, guidelines and processes.
- Provide practical advice to HR teams and managers on compensation matters, ensuring consistency with internal principles, market practice and approved governance.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking, job evaluation and grading, market analyses and internal-equity reviews.
- Prepare data-driven compensation proposals for appointments, promotions, transfers, relocations and retention cases for review and approval.
- Maintain accurate compensation documentation, employee data and approval records, ensuring confidentiality and audit readiness.
Annual Compensation Review
- Coordinate the annual compensation review for executives and international employees, including data preparation, recommendations, documentation, system inputs and approval tracking.
- Prepare income proposals, compensation letters, employment agreements and contractual amendments following approved changes.
- Support annual executive income audits and validate that implemented remuneration remains aligned with approved packages.
- Partner with Finance, payroll and regional HR teams on personnel-cost planning, accruals, reconciliations and compensation reporting.
Short-Term and Long-Term Incentives
- Administer the annual Short-Term Incentive Plan, including eligibility, target documentation, performance-result collection, payout calculations and employee communications.
- Coordinate with Finance, business leaders and HR teams to collect, review and validate performance targets and results.
- Administer the Long-Term Incentive Plan, including participation records, award documentation, performance tracking, vesting and payout calculations.
- Apply incentive-plan rules consistently and assess the impact of appointments, transfers, leaves and departures, escalating exceptions as appropriate.

International Benefits and Insurance
- Coordinate international employee benefits, including medical insurance, pension plans, life and disability coverage, travel insurance and multinational pooling arrangements.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with insurers, brokers and external benefit providers, including renewals, enrollments, invoicing, reconciliations and coverage changes.
- Monitor benefit costs, utilisation and coverage and prepare analyses to support harmonisation, governance and plan improvements across markets.
- Respond to employee and HR queries on benefit eligibility and coverage, ensuring clear and timely communication.
International Mobility
- Support the application and maintenance of international mobility and relocation policies.
- Prepare and review international compensation packages, including housing, relocation support, home leave, schooling and assignment-related benefits.
- Coordinate international transfers and assignments with employees, local HR, payroll, tax, immigration and relocation providers.
- Track assignment documentation, costs, timelines and policy exceptions and ensure that approvals are obtained and recorded.
Reporting and Stakeholder Management
- Prepare accurate C&B analyses, dashboards, executive reports and presentations for HR leadership, senior management and Finance.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for regional HR teams, payroll teams and external advisers on compensation, benefits and mobility matters.
- Identify data issues, process gaps and compliance risks and propose pragmatic improvements.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, timely delivery and appropriate governance across all assigned C&B processes.

Technical Knowledge, Skills and Expertise
- 3-5 years experience in similar field.
- Bachelor/Master degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Solid knowledge of compensation principles, market benchmarking, job evaluation and incentive-plan administration.
- Experience with benefit-plan administration and international mobility is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Swiss payroll, social-security charges and Swiss employment law is an advantage.
- English proficiency (C1), French mandatory
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with HR systems and data reporting tools.
- High level of numerical accuracy and ability to work with complex and sensitive datasets.
