Senior React Native Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer with 4+ years of experience in mobile application development, with strong hands-on experience in React Native, preferably within the FinTech / Digital Banking / Payment domain.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining scalable mobile applications within a Super App ecosystem, working closely with Backend, Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable mobile applications using React Native.
• Build and integrate complex features within a Super App environment.
• Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Work on FinTech and payment-related features, including payment flows, wallets, refunds, transactions, and other financial services.
• Ensure application performance, stability, security, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and participate in root-cause analysis.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
• Collaborate with Backend, Product, QA, DevOps, and Solution Architecture teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decisions and best practices.
• Handle different environments and deployment processes for UAT, Staging, and Production.
• Monitor and improve application stability using tools such as Firebase Crashlytics and other monitoring solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure compliance with security and coding standards, especially for financial and sensitive user data.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of React, Redux, Context API, and modern state-management approaches.
• Strong experience integrating and consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Experience with Android and/or iOS development and debugging.
• Strong understanding of application performance optimization.
• Experience handling production issues, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT, OTP, and MFA.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

FinTech Experience – Preferred

• Previous experience working on FinTech, Banking, Payments, Wallets, or Digital Financial Services.
• Good understanding of payment flows and transaction lifecycles.
• Experience integrating with Payment Gateways and third-party financial services.
• Understanding of concepts such as refunds, settlements, reconciliation, transaction status, and payment failures.
• Experience working with sensitive financial data and security requirements.

Super App Experience – Preferred

• Previous experience working on a Super App or multi-service mobile application.
