Job Description
About the role
FlowAccount builds accounting, payroll, and back-office software for small businesses in Thailand.
This is a product role. As a Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for the growth of one FlowAccount product line — working with real usage data, real customers, and the team that builds the product. Your job is to understand how the product is performing — who signs up, who becomes a paying customer, who stops using it, and why — and to find practical improvements that increase adoption and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain the key metrics for your product together with our growth analyst: active users, free-trial-to-paid conversion, feature adoption, and churn. Make sure the numbers are correct and reported to product, engineering, marketing, and business leads on a regular schedule.
- Analyze where customers get stuck. Talk to customers directly, work with the customer support team, review feedback and feature requests, and study the customer journey from signup to paying customer.
- Recommend and prioritize improvements: onboarding steps, in-product messages, customer emails, help content, pricing and packaging proposals, and product changes.
- For improvements that need engineering, work with the product owner and engineering team to plan and prioritize.
- Focus on improvements that grow the product steadily over time, not one-time campaigns.

Qualifications
- Around 3–5 years of experience in one of these paths: business administration or business analysis, a product role, a SaaS or software company, running your own business or startup, or deep domain work in tax and accounting where you learned what users in our industry really need.
- Strong analytical skills, whatever your background. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data, and able to explain what the numbers mean in plain language. SQL is a plus but not required — you will work with an analyst.
- Able to identify which one or two problems matter most, instead of working on many things at once.
- Practical. You check a number before you trust it, and you prefer a small improvement that can be done this month over a large plan that may never happen.
- Comfortable talking with customers, support staff, engineers, and management, and able to adjust your communication for each.
- Interested in how software products are built. You do not need product management or tech industry experience — we will teach you how we work with engineers.
- Good written and spoken English; professional Thai for customer and team conversations.
