What you will do
- Own and deliver greenfield projects across the full stack (backend, infrastructure, and frontend).
- Evolve and scale backend architecture to support platform growth.
- Build and ship end-to-end features using TypeScript and serverless AWS infrastructure.
- Collaborate directly with the Director of Engineering and founding team.
- Help establish engineering standards and technical culture.
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering with a strong foundation in Python.
- Experience building and scaling high-throughput and distributed systems, including observability, monitoring, and reliability for mission-critical systems.
- 2+ years of experience at an early-stage, VC-backed startup.
- Proficiency in TypeScript end-to-end (frontend, backend, and infrastructure).
- Experience building and scaling distributed systems in production.
- BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Based in NYC and able to work in-office Monday through Thursday.
