Senior Product Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager who can operate strategically

while remaining hands-on in driving product outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who

has demonstrated ownership of meaningful product areas, successfully led cross

functional initiatives, and can independently drive product strategy through execution.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design,

Analytics, and Business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define product direction,

prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions that create value for customers and the

business.

Location: This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand, or Seoul, South Korea.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key product areas.

• Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities through data

and insights.

• Translate complex business challenges into actionable product plans and

requirements.

• Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and

technical feasibility.

• Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and other stakeholders to execute

product initiatives.

• Monitor product performance and leverage data to guide ongoing improvements

and decision-making.

• Lead product discovery, experimentation, and validation efforts.

• Communicate product strategy, roadmap updates, and business impact to

stakeholders across the organization.

• Drive alignment among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making

without direct authority.

• Balance short-term deliverables with long-term product vision and business goals.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Management within technology, digital, or consumer

focused organizations.

• Demonstrated ownership of product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and

successful product launches.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience using data to

guide decisions.

• Experience working in cross-functional environments involving Engineering, Design,

Analytics, and Business teams.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

• Korean language proficiency (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with digital consumer products or technology-led businesses.

• Exposure to experimentation frameworks, metrics tracking, and KPI ownership.

• Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, travel-tech, fintech, SaaS, or platform

businesses.

• International or regional experience, particularly within Asia-Pacific markets.

• Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving user problems.

• Experience managing products in high-growth environments.
