We have partnered with an exciting German based tech start-up that's developing an AI-based inspection platform to automate quality inspections for safety-critical components in industries such as aerospace, energy, and automotive. The platform helps companies create defect detection algorithms using their sensor data.
Role Overview
As CTO and future Co-Founder, you will shape the product vision, lead development, and drive innovation. Your leadership will be crucial in transforming complex AI concepts into practical, market-ready features.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision: Develop and implement a market-aligned product vision.
- Development Leadership: Collaborate with engineering and business teams to execute the product roadmap.
- Market Analysis: Gather insights from customer feedback and market trends to guide product strategy.
- Team Building: Recruit and mentor a high-performing development team.
Qualifications
- Leadership: Proven experience leading development teams, preferably in startups.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills for market data and customer feedback.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Passion for innovation and growth in a startup environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in React, TypeScript, FastAPI, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL/NoSQL databases, PyTorch, and C++.
