Green Key Resources is expanding its Technology division and is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, but we're specifically looking for candidates who are local to Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville, or the surrounding Northeast Florida area. While day-to-day responsibilities can be performed remotely, we'd like the ability to meet periodically for team collaboration, training, and strategy sessions.

What You'll Do

• Run a 180 delivery desk supporting active technology searches
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates across IT, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, engineering, and software development roles
• Manage the candidate lifecycle from sourcing through offer stage
• Build and maintain pipelines for recurring technical skill sets
• Partner closely with account managers to support client hiring initiatives
• Maintain accurate ATS documentation and recruiting activity

• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up
• Participate in occasional local team meetups and collaboration sessions

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of agency recruiting experience required
• Experience recruiting for technical or IT-related positions
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Curiosity, grit, and a desire to learn and grow within the recruiting industry
• Must be located in or near Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville, or the surrounding area

Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, or other sourcing tools
• Familiarity with MSP/VMS environments
• Experience supporting high-volume or fast-paced recruiting efforts
• Interest in eventually growing into a full-desk or business development role
