Flapen is in search of a motivated and experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our team. As a B2B Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our B2B marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness.

- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies and campaigns to generate leads and drive customer acquisition
- Create and manage content marketing initiatives, including website content, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and presentations
- Manage and optimize lead generation campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate new marketing channels and opportunities to expand our B2B reach and increase brand visibility
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to continuously improve our marketing efforts
- Manage and work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives
- Proven experience as a B2B Marketing Manager or similar role
- Solid understanding of B2B marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices
- Experience in developing and managing content marketing initiatives
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative marketing campaigns
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
