Mid-Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative UI/UX Designer to help us craft engaging, modern digital experiences. In this role, your main focus will be designing interactive UI assets, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. You will work closely with our product and development teams to ensure your designs are handed off smoothly. While you will not be responsible for coding or implementing the final product, having a basic understanding of how front-end development works is a huge plus. It will help you design with technical feasibility in mind and speak the same language as our developers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design & Innovate: Create beautiful, interactive UI assets, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using industry-standard tools.
• Trendsetting: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends (e.g., micro-interactions, glassmorphism, responsive behaviours) and proactively suggest ways to integrate them into our products.
• Collaborate: Work closely with senior designers, developers, and product managers to brainstorm ideas and bring concepts to life.
• Handoff & Communication: Prepare clean, well-documented design files for developer handoff, ensuring the vision is clearly communicated.

• User-Centric Thinking: Help gather user feedback and iterate on designs to constantly improve the overall user experience.
• Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends, frontend technologies, AI tools, and design workflows to improve speed and quality of execution.

Experience and Skills

• 2+ years in UX/UI Design.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and experience creating website/app designs and prototypes.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or similar is a plus.
• Understanding of responsive design, typography, spacing, layouts, and modern UI principles.
• Ability to convert Figma designs into clean, functional, and responsive frontend interfaces.
• A strong eye for detail and a good understanding of modern digital design trends.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design or development tools is a plus.

• Front-End Knowledge: Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You won't be writing the code, but understanding how elements are structured and styled in the browser is a great advantage!
• Experience with interactive prototyping or animation tools (e.g., Principle, Protopie, or Figma's advanced prototyping features).
