Project Description:

Are you an expert when it comes to the ServiceNow IRM platform? Do you have a track record of supporting IT/Business stakeholders through change delivery processes? Can you build relationships and influence outcomes, balancing between a trusted advisor and an independent challenger?

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Change Manager to:

• Prepare and support rollout plan for IT platform change

• Prepare and manage communication

• Prepare and manage training for end users and stakeholders

• Support data migration and data readiness checks

• Support production/go live readiness

• Plan and support legacy system decomision

• Ensure end user adoption

• Report on progress, risks issues and dependencies and help to mitigate risks

• Support in identifying and documenting incidents and additional business requirements

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Ideally 8+ years of hands-on experience with change management (PROSCI methodology experience would be an asset)

• Hand's on experience in introducing large scale IT change across organization(s) (ServiceNow / IRM platform experience would be an asset)

• Proven experience in managing all aspects of the change

• strong strategic, judgement and integrative thinking skills, risk management & control knowledge

• proficient with software delivery tools, such as GitLab and ServiceNow, and reporting tools such as Excel, PowerPoint.

• confident communicator

• capable of understanding our client needs and translating this into products and services

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking
