Mid-Senior Level Flutter Developer (Remote)

THC Consulting FZE is looking for an experienced and motivated Flutter Developer to join our growing technology team on a full-time, fully remote basis.

We are seeking a developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development who can contribute to building, improving, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with our product and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

•  Build clean, scalable, and maintainable mobile application architecture.

•  Translate UI/UX designs and product requirements into high-quality, responsive mobile experiences.

•  Integrate REST APIs and backend services into mobile applications.

•  Work with authentication, databases, notifications, and third-party services.

•  Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical challenges.

•  Optimize applications for performance, stability, and responsiveness across Android and iOS.

•  Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, product teams, and other stakeholders.

•  Participate in code reviews and follow established development and coding standards.

•  Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

•  Test applications thoroughly and support the release and deployment process.

•  Stay up to date with Flutter, Dart, mobile development best practices, and emerging technologies.

 Requirements:

•  2+ years of professional experience in Flutter development.

•  Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.

•  Solid understanding of mobile application development for Android and iOS.

•  Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party APIs.

•  Good understanding of state management approaches such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc/Cubit, or similar.

•  Experience with Git/GitHub and standard software development workflows.

•  Understanding of responsive UI development and mobile application architecture.

•  Experience troubleshooting and optimizing mobile applications.

•  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

•  Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

•  Ability to manage tasks independently and meet agreed deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

•  Experience with Firebase and related services.

•  Experience with push notifications and authentication.

•  Experience publishing applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

•  Familiarity with CI/CD and mobile application deployment workflows.

•  Experience working with AI-powered applications or integrating AI/LLM APIs is a plus.
