Job Description
About The Role
This is the founding design seat at an early-stage agentic integration platform, where AI agents handle the full lifecycle of enterprise integrations — from requirements gathering to deployment and production monitoring. You'll own design end-to-end across the product and brand, reporting directly to the CPO, and set the design language every future hire builds on.
What You'll Do
- Design the agentic UX where users and coding agents collaborate to build integrations together.
- Design the platform UX covering deploys, runtime, observability, and logs — think developer-cloud tools like Vercel or Railway.
- Implement and ship production frontend code yourself in React and TypeScript — no handoffs.
- Establish the design language and UX patterns that the entire team will build on going forward.
- Own the brand end-to-end alongside your product design responsibilities.

- 1–5 years of product design experience, ideally with a portfolio that shows the gap between fine and excellent.
- Hands-on proficiency in React and TypeScript — you ship to production, not just to Figma.
- Experience working with Figma and Tailwind CSS.
- Background designing developer tools, infrastructure platforms, or complex technical UX (e.g. agentic or AI-driven interfaces).
- Comfort operating autonomously in an early-stage environment where you define the process as much as follow one.
- Strong taste and design judgment — you can articulate why something works, not just make it look good.
