【Job Requirements】

Please note that this is NOT an English-speaking role. Since our projects are located within Japanese companies, communication with local teams in Japanese is essential for daily operations. We will strictly contact candidates who meet the following qualifications:

[Must Qualifications]

• Daily conversation level in Japanese (Equivalent to JLPT N4 or higher)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or Mathematics (Other Science/STEM fields are also welcome)
• Experience or hands-on experience in data science
• Experience in Python or R

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Experience in utilizing cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for data/AI engineering
• Experience in creating documents in Japanese

• We recruit Global IT engineers for a full-time position.

【About the Role & Projects】

At Human Resocia, we have business with 5,200 clients, including major automobile manufacturers, major electronics manufacturers, and major IT companies, so we can assign you to projects that fit your experience. You will be working on projects by clients.

There are projects like analyzing data, implementing algorithms, and creating predictive models using machine learning (decision trees, logistic regression, random forests, Naive Bayes classifiers, k-NN, k-means, or neural networks), constructing hypotheses using statistical analysis and clustering.

• Advertising analysis using ad technology, dynamic pricing
• Financial forecasting, stock price forecasts, quant for the banking circles
• Demand forecasting, sales forecasting, and complaint forecasting for manufacturers and distribution outlets

【Working Conditions】

• Salary: 3.5 million~5.5 million yen
• Location: Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, etc. (※It may change based on a project.)
• Environment: Tokyo Head Office: No smoking (Smoking is only permitted outside in designated areas).
