This is for an engineer who likes being close to the customer and close to the code.
You’ll take messy, high-stakes problems, work out what needs building, and get it live. You’ll be a key link between customers, product and engineering, with a big say in what gets built next.

What You’ll Do
- Work directly with customers to solve technical problems and get them live
- Build and deploy production-quality solutions in Python, JavaScript or similar
- Translate customer feedback into clear product and engineering priorities
- Keep complex deployments moving when things are ambiguous or time-sensitive
You’ll Be Great At This If You
- Have 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role, software engineering role or as a founder
- Are comfortable writing production code and working across the full problem, not just one small bit
- Can explain complex technical concepts simply and build trust with customers
- Have worked with LLM-powered products, or are genuinely excited by where they are going
- Like fast-paced, in-person environments where ownership is expected and the work is visible
