Job Description
As a Senior Native iOS Developer at Newtracs, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms using native Swift / Objective C.
Your role will involve:
- You will be responsible for the migration of an existing codebase from React Native to Native iOS
- Developing and maintaining mobile applications using native mobile languages Swift / Objective C
- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Collaborating with the team to design and implement new features and improvements.
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
- Participate in the full application lifecycle, from concept to deployment and beyond.
- Continuously improve the development process and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Native iOS Mobile Developer.
- Experience working with React Native.
- Expert knowledge of native development for iOS (Swift, Objective-C).
- Experience working in small teams and handling full mobile app development independently.
- Familiarity with CarPlay integration is a plus.
- Experience with map-related / geospatial functionalities and integrations is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
