The Role
As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building and evolving our Flutter applications. Working closely with Product, Design and Backend teams, you'll drive technical decisions, deliver high-impact features and help shape a modern engineering culture through quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
- Drive technical decisions and contribute to the evolution of our mobile architecture
- Own the full mobile development lifecycle, from implementation to release and monitoring
- Continuously improve application performance, reliability and user experience
- Promote best practices around code quality, testing, security and maintainability
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and improve our mobile delivery process
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend and Platform teams in an Agile environment
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical hiring and knowledge sharing
- Explore and leverage AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience developing production-grade mobile applications with Flutter and Dart
- Proven experience designing scalable, maintainable mobile architectures
- Solid understanding of state management approaches (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider or similar)
- Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON-based services
- Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, clean architecture and design patterns
- Experience with automated testing (unit, widget and integration tests)
- Familiarity with Git, collaborative development workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Passion for building high-quality products and continuously improving engineering practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
- Experience using AI tools to enhance software development workflows
- Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English
- Valid work permit to work in Italy
