Job Description
Cut+Dry is a B2B software platform that connects food distributors with the restaurants and operators they serve, replacing manual, phone-and-fax ordering with a connected digital experience for catalogs, ordering, and fulfillment. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a core part of that platform: the tools distributors and operators use every day, and the integrations that connect them to the procurement and ERP systems those businesses already run on.
This is a senior, high-autonomy role. You'll take full ownership of a live product line from discovery through delivery while also building the strategic muscle that's often missing at this stage of a company's growth: picking a metric that matters, running real experiments against it, and knowing when to say no to an inbound request because it doesn't move that number.
The RoleYou'll own the product line end to end, working with engineering to turn distributor and operator needs into shipped, well-specified features. A meaningful part of the job involves complex integration work connecting Cut+Dry to the procurement, catalog, and ERP systems that enterprise distributors and their customers rely on and managing the relationships that come with it: enterprise clients, distributor operations teams, and third-party integration partners, some of it under real production pressure.
The other part of the job is what separates a senior PM from a ticket router: you'll define what success looks like for your product area in terms of an actual company metric, design experiments to move it, and make a deliberate call each quarter about how much of your roadmap goes to reactive requests versus the bets you originate yourself. You will need to defend that split, including telling a distributor or an internal stakeholder that their request isn't the priority right now.
What You'll Do● Own the product roadmap and delivery process for a core part of Cut+Dry's platform, from early discovery and requirements through shipped, working software.
● Translate input from distributors, operators, and internal stakeholders into clear specs that engineering can build against, and stay accountable for what actually ships.
● Manage complex, multi-party integration projects connecting Cut+Dry with external procurement platforms, catalog systems, and ERP tools including the technical and commercial coordination needed to get them live.
● Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts and integration partners during escalations, translating between technical root cause and business impact for both sides.
● Define one or two metrics your product area is accountable for, and build a reporting rhythm around them alongside standard delivery metrics.

● Design and run structured experiments with a clear hypothesis, a defined success threshold, and where possible a control group before committing engineering time to a new initiative.
● Make an explicit call at the end of every experiment: kill it, iterate on it, or scale it. Document the reasoning either way.
● Set a deliberate split, each quarter, between capacity spent on inbound requests and capacity spent on initiatives you originate, and report against that split rather than letting it emerge by accident.
● Represent your product area in cross-functional planning with sales, marketing, and customer success, and hold the line on scope when a request doesn't serve the metric you own.
What We Are Looking For● 8+ years of product management experience, with real ownership of outcomes, not just feature delivery.
● At least 2 years directly accountable for moving a metric, including designing experiments with a written hypothesis, a success threshold, and a control or holdout group where feasible, followed through to a documented decision.
● Comfort working with technical, integration-heavy products. You don't need to write code, but you should be able to read a spec or a system diagram closely enough to debug a problem or push back on a technical decision.
● Experience managing complex external relationships under pressure enterprise clients, integration partners, or channel accounts where you're the one translating a technical fire into a business conversation and back again.
● A demonstrated ability to say no. You can point to a time you deprioritized or declined a reasonable-sounding request because it didn't serve the metric or strategy you were accountable for.

● Strong written and verbal communication. You'll be coordinating across time zones with distributed engineering, external partners, and leadership, so clarity matters more than presence.
● Based in Sri Lanka and able to work fully remote, with enough overlap with US business hours to support live escalations and cross-functional meetings.
Nice To Have● Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or distribution and logistics platforms.
● Familiarity with procurement integrations such as punchout, cXML, or EDI, or with ERP-adjacent catalog and inventory systems.
● Experience working alongside AI-assisted or automated delivery tooling as part of a product development workflow.
● Results-driven company culture that encourages a balanced lifestyle.
● Flexible remote working environment.
● Above market remuneration, based on experience and skill-level paid in USD.
● Work with cutting edge technologies in a collaborative and innovating setting.
