Associate Web Developer (Remote) – Organizational Consulting & Digital Tools

This role is being established to support a major financial services provider that is expanding its digital presence and internal infrastructure. As an Associate Web Developer, you will help maintain and update the web-based tools and platforms that allow our clients to view our analysis and manage their internal restructuring processes. Working in a fully remote environment, you will bridge the gap between our consulting findings and the digital interfaces where that data lives.

What You Will Do

• Update and maintain internal client portals using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Ensure that complex data sets and organizational charts are rendered accurately on various screen sizes.
• Test web pages across different browsers and devices to identify and fix display issues before they reach the client.
• Collaborate with consultants to translate written reports into interactive digital formats that are easy to navigate.
• Document code changes and technical workflows to ensure the team has a clear record of all digital updates.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of secure access points for confidential client deliverables.
• Review existing code for clarity and simplicity, removing unnecessary scripts that do not serve the final goal.
• Participate in remote team meetings to discuss technical requirements for upcoming consulting projects.
