Senior Cloud Engineer (Remote)

Role Description The Cloud Engineer will design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure to support scalable, secure, and reliable applications and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and managing cloud environments, automating deployments, monitoring system performance, and ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities. The role involves collaborating with software development teams to enable efficient CI/CD pipelines, optimizing resource usage, and troubleshooting infrastructure and application issues. The Cloud Engineer will also contribute to security best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement of systems and processes. This is a full-time, remote role, requiring effective communication, self-management, and collaboration across distributed teams.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Cloud Computing and Infrastructure skills, including experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Candidates should possess solid Linux and Databases skills, including system administration, scripting, and experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases in cloud environments.
