🔹 What You'll Do
• Own and deliver greenfield projects across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Build and ship end-to-end features in a TypeScript-first environment
• Scale backend architecture from thousands to millions of candidate interactions
• Work with serverless AWS infrastructure
• Collaborate directly with engineering leadership and the founding team
• Help establish engineering standards and technical culture
🔹 Requirements

• 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Strong foundation in Python
• Strong TypeScript experience across frontend, backend & infrastructure
• Experience building and scaling distributed systems in production
• Experience with high-throughput systems, observability, monitoring & reliability
• 2+ years at an early-stage, VC-backed startup
• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• NYC-based and able to work in-office Monday–Thursday
