Key Responsibilities
Design and review system architecture, APIs, and data models for an AI-native ERP platform
Lead planning, standups, retrospectives, and concise meetings to drive delivery of major features and technical initiatives
Unblock engineers, minimize distractions, and partner with Product on roadmap prioritization and execution
Balance speed, scalability, and long-term maintainability in engineering decisions
Grow and scale engineering teams, ensuring high performance and rapid iteration
