Are you passionate about Design and Content Creation? T&L HUB is looking for those who are ready to take on the challenge and become a part of our loyal & dynamic team. As Digital Content Specialist you will play a key role in designing and delivering digital learning content across various platforms.
You are:
- Experienced with content creation tools: BOOST, Adobe After Effects, Articulate and other;
- Aware of basic design principles and graphic design software;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving expert with the ability to think outside the box;
- Creative and innovative in designing engaging and effective learning content;
- Person with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Committed to continuous learning and development in terms of latest trends and technologies in content design and creation.
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
With you we will:
- Interview requestors, conduct needs analysis and align on vision of expected result;
- Develop and design e-learning/trainings material/learning path and customized curriculum aligned with brand identity;
- Execute projects in Agile methodology with high quality and fitting timelines;
- Foster regular communication and effective collaboration with Corporate stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts withing project duration;
- Ensure developed learning solution corresponds to expected result;
- Develop and use business and design insights to optimize content creation process.
