Senior Business Analyst - Relocate to Bangkok

The Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Development team to plan and define key product features and enhancements. Responsibilities include defining sitemaps and layout pages for new product features, writing detailed specifications for the development team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ideate and analyze solutions. The successful candidate will validate solutions with users, assist the QA/QC team, maintain the product roadmap, and complete other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Product Development team to plan and define core product features and improvements
• Define sitemaps, layout pages, and detailed specifications for new product features
• Work with the development team to ensure features are delivered as per requirements
• Implement requirements while ensuring they adequately satisfy user needs and demands
• Collaborate with teams including Quality Control, Product, Design, and Development to ideate, analyze, and select the best solutions
• Validate solutions with users through mockups, prototypes, and presentations
• Assist the QA/QC team in developing test plans, performing integration tests, and user acceptance testing
• Maintain the product roadmap and feature completion status; communicate important changelogs and upcoming features to relevant teams
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Knowledge of the sports/sportsbook industry
• Strong understanding of web/app development workflows and functions
• Proficient in Business Analyst skills including requirement elicitation, information analysis, and technical documentation
• Familiar with software development methodologies such as Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall
• Experienced in the prioritization process and managing App issues/defects
• Eager to learn new skills and take ownership of specific domains
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese for effective face-to-face communication
• Excellent logical thinking, critical thinking, and negotiation abilities
