My client is a rapidly growing digital health and consumer technology company looking for a Product Analyst to become the key analytics partner to its Product team.

This is an opportunity to join a high-growth business at a pivotal moment as it expands from a successful consumer platform into a broader health and clinical care offering. Backed by the resources of a larger organisation but operating with the speed and autonomy of a startup, you'll have genuine influence over how product decisions are made.

The Role

• Lead A/B testing from experiment design through analysis and recommendations
• Partner closely with Product Managers to improve product performance and user experience
• Own product analytics and become the go-to expert for Mixpanel (or similar tools)
• Define metrics, measurement frameworks, and event tracking requirements
• Build dashboards and self-service reporting for stakeholders

• Turn complex user behaviour data into clear product insights
• Help scale and mature the company's experimentation programme

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years' experience in Product Analytics or Data Analytics
• Strong A/B testing and experimentation experience
• Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar product analytics expertise
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience partnering closely with Product teams
• Understanding of event tracking and product instrumentation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience within a D2C product environment

Compensation

$80,000 - $102,000 base salary + 10% bonus
