Role Summary

We're hiring a UI/UX Designer with strong front-end development capability to help shape and build intuitive product experiences. This role combines product design judgment with hands-on implementation, making it ideal for someone who can move comfortably between designing interfaces and building them.

The strongest candidates will have experience working on developer tools or technical products and understand how to turn complex functionality into clear, usable experiences. Experience with AI products and B2B or developer-platform environments is especially valuable. This role will begin as a temporary engagement with the potential to develop into a longer-term opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, polished user interfaces and end-to-end product experiences
• Translate product requirements and technical concepts into clear user flows, layouts, and interactions
• Build and implement front-end experiences rather than limiting work to design deliverables
• Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders to move concepts from design through implementation
• Improve usability, information hierarchy, interaction patterns, and overall product experience
• Apply strong visual and product judgment when making design decisions
• Design experiences for technical users, developers, or other sophisticated product audiences
• Iterate quickly based on product needs, feedback, and implementation considerations

• Help establish consistent UI patterns and product-design standards as the product evolves

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, product design, or a closely related discipline
• Hands-on front-end development capability and ability to build the interfaces you design
• Proven experience working with developer tools or other technically complex products
• Strong visual taste and product-design judgment
• Ability to translate technical functionality into intuitive user experiences
• Strong understanding of user flows, interface design, usability, and interaction patterns
• Comfortable working closely with developers and technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and move effectively between design and implementation
• Fully fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing AI products or AI-enabled user experiences
• Experience with B2B software or developer platforms
• Background designing products primarily for technical or developer audiences
• Experience working in fast-moving product environments where design and implementation evolve together
