As an Al Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize enterprise Al solutions that improve how the organization operates, makes decisions, and serves it: members. Your responsibilities span developing A applications, building secure and scalable data and automation pipelines, and supporting production-ready Al systems. You will collaborate across business, data security, compliance, and technology teams to translate business needs into practical Al solutions, apply 'esponsible Al practices, and deliver measurable value through innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.

You Will

AI Solution Design & Engineering

Design, build, and maintain Al-powered applications services, and workflows that address enterprise business needs •translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, prototypes, and production-ready solutions ‣ Apply software engineering best practices for reliability, maintainability, documentation, and secure deployment.

LLM & Agentic Al Implementation

• Develop and integrate Al capabilities using large anguage models, embeddings, prompt engineering context engineering, and agentic frameworks Build Al assistants, automation tools, and agentic workflows that improve productivity and operationa outcomes. ‣ Evaluate model behavior, output quality, performance and fit-for-purpose use across enterprise scenarios

Data, Integration & Retrieval Engineering

• Build and maintain data pipelines, API integrations, and retrieval patterns that support Al applications and analytics. Implement retrieval-augmented generation, vecto search, structured data access, and document processing where appropriate Partner with data and platform teams to ensure quality ineage, scalability, and secure access to enterprise data sources

Al Platform, DevOps & Operational Support

‣ Support deployment, monitoring, testing, and maintenance of Al solutions across development, test and production environments Implement CI/CD, model evaluation, observability, and operational controls for Al-enabled systems • Troubleshoot technical issues, improve performance and support continuous enhancement of Al platforms and applications.

Responsible Al, Security & Governance

• Apply responsible Al practices, including transparency. traceability, explainability, fairness, privacy, and human oversight. ‣ Partner with security, compliance, legal, anc governance teams to support safe and appropriate A use. • Document solution design, risks, controls, assumptions, and operational considerations for Al systems. • We seek Rebels who are curious about Al and its power to transform how we operate and serve our members

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Deep applied understanding of LLM-based architectures, retrieval-augmented generation RAG).vector embeddings, prompt engineering. and agent orchestration
• Experience designing, building, and deploying Al-enabled applications, services, workflows, and integrations.
• Proficiency with Azure Al Services, Azure Al Foundry and enterprise content management platforms SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams, Confluence)
• Strong Python (or equivalent), REST APIs, ML/LLMOps 'ooling, and frameworks (FastAPI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
• Ability to connect business requirements to technical solutions, develop reusable components, and improve solution adoption and operational impact.
• Collaborative communicator, comfortable engaging non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Preferred Certifications Or Licenses

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Al Engineer Associate
• Relevant certifications in cloud platforms, Al engineering, machine learning, data engineering, o software development are beneficial
• Additional certifications in Responsible Al, Data Governance, Cybersecurity, or Healthcare Informatics are advantageous.
