We are looking for Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter), to join one of our most well-established products.

Your Main Tasks Will Be

• Core product surfaces
• Analyze auth/registration funnels, search & discovery, and profile/photo engagement
• Measure messaging engagement and match/interest conversion
• Own analytics for upgrades and monetization funnels
• Platform concerns
• Track push/deep link and realtime feature performance

• Analyze ads & IAP revenue metrics
• Support compliance analytics (consent, age checks, verification)
  
  

We Expect From You

• Strong Flutter/Dart (3.x) experience — production apps on iOS and Android
• Layered architecture: UI → Domain (usecases/repos) → Framework
• BLoC + Provider, GetIt for DI, GoRouter for navigation
• Networking with Dio; immutable models with codegen (built_value or similar)
• Multi-flavor / white-label shipping (per-brand config, assets, store IDs, Firebase)
• Experience writing tests (unit/widget; ideally bloc_test / BDD-style)
• Fluent Russian, B2 level of English

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
