Hiring: Power BI Developer

📍 Location: Portugal (mandatory)

🏠 Work Model: 100% Remote within Portugal

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join a leading banking client. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports

• Build and maintain scalable data models and reporting solutions

• Develop DAX calculations and Power Query (M) transformations

• Implement and manage Row-Level Security (RLS)

• Work with Power BI Service and cloud-based reporting environments

• Integrate data from Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse and Warehouse

• Develop and maintain Semantic Models

• Support governance, optimization, and performance tuning in Microsoft Fabric

• Contribute to CI/CD processes for Power BI deployments

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Power BI development

• Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Semantic Models, Lakehouse, and Warehouse

• Understanding of governance and performance optimization in Fabric environments

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices for BI solutions

• At least one Microsoft certification:

• PL-300
• DP-600
• DP-700

Preferred

• DP-700 certification

• Additional Microsoft certifications are an advantage
