What we are looking for:
- Several years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure-related roles, with the ability to design, operate, and evolve Kubernetes-based platforms at scale
- At least 1+ year of hands-on daily production experience with Kubernetes, including cluster lifecycle management, ingress controllers, service meshes, and cert-manager
- Experience writing and maintaining Helm charts or Kustomize configurations
- Hands-on experience with OKD or OpenShift
- Strong experience with Terraform and Helm for platform automation and configuration management
- Proven experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows, ideally with ArgoCD
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Bash for automation workflows and platform tooling
- Strong knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry, including experience designing and implementing SLI/SLO frameworks for distributed systems
- Familiarity with security standards, platform security best practices, and integrating compliance requirements into platform architectures
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, mentoring colleagues, and contributing to technical growth and infrastructure roadmaps
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a structured, self-directed, and reliable working style
- Comfortable working in multinational teams
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
