We’re looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join a distributed engineering team building a modern HR, Workforce Management & Fintech SaaS platform used by businesses across the U.S.

You’ll work on production mobile applications used for employee scheduling, time tracking, payroll-related workflows, communication, and other critical workforce operations — with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and great mobile UX.

• Build and maintain React Native applications for iOS & Android
• Develop reusable, scalable components using JavaScript & TypeScript

• Create responsive and intuitive mobile experiences across different devices
• Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs & backend services
• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Backend, QA & DevOps throughout the full SDLC
• Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and feature planning
• Write clean, maintainable and well-tested code
• Review code, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve performance & reliability
• Use modern AI-assisted development tools to improve coding, testing, documentation, and delivery

🔎 What we’re looking for

Must-have:

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• 5+ years of hands-on React Native experience with production mobile apps
• Strong JavaScript & TypeScript
• Solid knowledge of React Native architecture, hooks, navigation & state management
• Experience integrating REST APIs
• Experience publishing and maintaining apps on both iOS & Android
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture and design patterns
• Experience working with Agile & distributed remote teams
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar
• Strong Git knowledge
• Excellent written and spoken English

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Native mobile development — Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin or Java
• Java / Spring Boot
• AWS
• Mobile CI/CD pipelines
• Automated testing — Jest, React Native Testing Library, Detox
• HR SaaS, Workforce Management, Payroll, Scheduling, Fintech, or Enterprise SaaS
• Mobile performance optimization and production troubleshooting
• Technical architecture and engineering best practices
