Your Profile & DNA:
We are looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Developer with strong hands-on experience in TIBCO Spotfire, Power BI, and SQL to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade dashboards and interactive visualizations.
- Build and optimize data models and data transformation solutions.
- Develop data integrations using SQL and TIBCO Spotfire.
- Optimize dashboard, report, and query performance.
- Assist with or lead the migration of legacy TIBCO Spotfire reports to Power BI.
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency during migration.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable BI solutions.
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and support existing BI applications.

Qualification & Experience
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO Spotfire.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with data modeling and transformation.
- Strong understanding of data visualization and BI best practices.
- Experience with Spotfire-to-Power BI migration is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
