Senior Platform Engineer | New York City | $230,000-$275,000 + Equity
TechShack are working with a fast-growing AI healthcare company building the execution platform behind complex AI and human workflows. You'll develop the core TypeScript framework, SDK and runtime that engineers build on, underpinned by a distributed, event-sourced architecture designed for correctness, replayability and scale.
What you’ll work on:
- Building the TypeScript SDK, framework and runtime powering long-running AI and human workflows.
- Designing distributed event-sourced systems, including event stores, CQRS, projections and replayable state.
- Developing workflow execution models, orchestration and state machines for complex, long-running processes.
- Designing clean developer-facing abstractions that make sophisticated distributed systems simple to build on.
- Working across schema design, code generation, APIs and data models while maintaining strict provenance and security.
