Green Marketing is a digital marketing agency specializing in websites, SEO, PPC, CRM automation, and digital marketing for landscaping businesses. We are looking for a motivated Junior WordPress Developer to build, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize client websites.
Job PurposeThe Junior WordPress Developer will support the development and ongoing maintenance of multiple WordPress websites. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage several client tasks at once.
Key Responsibilities- Build responsive WordPress websites using Divi, WPBakery, Elementor, Gutenberg, and similar page builders.
- Maintain and update client websites.
- Troubleshoot plugin, theme, CSS, JavaScript, SSL, DNS, hosting, email, redirect, and performance issues.
- Perform website migrations and configure domains, DNS, SSL, and hosting.
- Optimize websites for speed, Core Web Vitals, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
- Implement technical SEO updates, including redirects, schema, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt.
- Configure Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, GoHighLevel, CRM, SMTP, and form integrations.
- Test websites before launch and confirm compatibility across major browsers and devices.
- Provide clear and accurate task updates.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and senior developers.
- Knowledge of WordPress, HTML5, CSS3, basic JavaScript, and basic PHP.
- Experience with Divi, WPBakery, Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar builders.
- Understanding of DNS records, including A, CNAME, MX, TXT, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client websites and deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback.

- Agency experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation is $1,000 per month.
