What is Noda?


Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, and Canada (Australia up next!), we're seeking a talented WEBSITE DESIGNER to be part of our dynamic team.


This position will play a key role in shaping our online presence and driving an exceptional user experience, extending well beyond design responsibilities.


Your mission:


  • Maintain the website's relevance and develop a roadmap for continuous improvements and updates.
  • Regularly assess and prioritize the needs and requests from departments dependent on the website—such as marketing, legal, product management, sales, R&D, and customer support—and initiate the design and development process for approved updates.
  • Thoroughly analyze findings from the Research Department and make informed decisions on website modifications.
  • Continuous efforts to improve and update the website.
  • Coordinate with internal clients in a 'single window' approach, managing requests from various sources.
  • Certain tasks are outsourced to freelancers over time, requiring clear and it will effective oversight and management to ensure quality and consistency.


What are your skills and experience:


  • Art Director-level web design skills for reviewing and providing feedback on designers' work, with limited involvement in hands-on design tasks.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience managing and developing a corporate website.
  • Stellar English communication skills (written and oral).
  • Fundamental copywriting skills: ability to write clearly and justify editorial decisions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different departments: developers, designers, and marketing teams.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities: identifying relevant information, analyzing diverse data, and deriving accurate conclusions.
  • Knowledge of content creation for both web and print, with the skill to assemble web pages using pre-designed components.
  • Capability to plan website changes with accurate timelines, consistently delivering precise estimates for when specific modules will be implemented.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO optimization.
  • Experience in vendor management and the ability to negotiate effectively with potential contractors and service providers.
  • Experience in fintech will be considered as a plus.
